Hi, I’m Ivan Okello - The host of a new show called Dear Lads.
By day, I work as an educator with an interest in how society shapes individual behaviours. I have always been fascinated by two things; people and cultures. In this podcast, my task is to explore the vast universe of men’s lives. From the realm of social norms, expectations and the subtle influences that shape how male-identifying people show up at work, at home and everywhere in-between.
